The increasing use of social media and mobile apps has a tremendous impact on our everyday life - changing the way we do business, the way we are governed and the way we live in society. This session will discuss how we manage the security of social networks and mobile apps.

The use of social media in the workplace is now getting widespread. Coupled with mobile apps, this combination has become an interesting challenge in the workplace. While loss of productivity is the major initial concern, taking advantage of the power of social media and mobile apps has moved to the forefront. This session will look into balancing cyber security concerns and productivity in the workplace and the role of policy and standards in mitigating these concerns.
