Step 1	:	Applicant to choose OIC-CERT membership category
Step 2	:	Applicant to read the OIC-CERT Membership Application Checklist as it advice required information.
Step 3	:	Applicant to obtain sponsor(s) among current OIC-CERT Full Members to support your application and sponsor’s to complete the OIC-CERT Membership Application Checklist
Step 4	:	Applicant to complete the OIC-CERT Membership Application form and submit to the OIC-CERT Permanent Secretariat
Step 5	:	OIC-CERT Steering Committee to review the application against the outline criteria on the OIC-CERT Membership Application Checklist
Step 6	:	The OIC-CERT Permanent Secretariat to notify the applicant’s of OIC-CERT Steering Committee’s decision and fee (if any)
